Patrick Fitzmaurice

Patrick Fitzmaurice is an innovative industry leader in the marketing, sales and shopper/retail space. He founded Caterpillar Farm in response to a common input from many clients & industry colleagues: ‘Marketplaces are changing fast.  Companies are slow to change. This is a problem.’

Patrick’s career and experiences have always been at the intersection of people and organizational development. He served on the Executive Team at the Path to Purchase Institute, where he drove the development and launch of the Institute’s Path to Purchase Leadership University, a training and professional development program for building knowledge and competencies around Shopper Marketing and what powers great shopper efforts.

Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years helping to build a boutique consulting firm, which helped leading companies like Hershey, Coca-Cola, J&J and others to drive new organizational capabilities. He also held leadership roles at companies such as Unilever, Nielsen and Donnelley Marketing, as well as in several successful startups.

He serves the Executive Advisory Board of the American Marketing Association Georgia Chapter, and is a frequent speaker on topics related to change, the future and marketing / sales / retail development.

Paige Berrigan
Cultivation Lead

Paige Berrigan brings a solid history of driving change as a Cultivation Lead to Caterpillar Farm clients.

A proven Commercial Marketing executive, Paige’s passion is to help clients capture growth at the intersection of shopper, consumer and retail. She brings a unique blend of practitioner and consulting experience, across end-to-end sales and marketing disciplines – a truly Commercial Marketing framework.

She is known for her engaging style and approach that inspires people to embrace change and deploy capabilities necessary to win in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Able to bring out the best in others, Paige is a ‘people-centric’ leader who cultivates change across an organization with a balance of healthy tension and encouragement to foster a growth mindset.

Paige was an early pioneer of e-business ventures during her successful career at the Coca-Cola company, and most recently helped ‘teach the industry’ as Director of Professional Development at the Path to Purchase Institute.  She holds degrees in management, economics and marketing from Georgia Tech and Emory University.
